Civil Engineer – Site

Experience: 3–7 years, preferably in government-funded construction projects(not compulsory)
Location: Palakkad, Kerala

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to manage execution, estimation, and billing for government infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day site progress, ensuring work proceeds as per approved estimates and schedule
- Coordinate with site supervisors to track daily activities and resolve on-site issues
- Coordinate with subcontractors and labour to plan work sequencing and material requirements
- Ensure quality and safety standards are maintained on site
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for ongoing and upcoming works
- Track project budgets against actual expenditure and report variances




- Liaise with government engineers and officials for site inspections, approvals, and documentation
- Provide regular progress and budget reports for assigned sites
- Maintain proper site records for documentation and continuity

Requirements

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in construction execution, preferably with government-funded projects
- Strong knowledge of estimation, quantity calculation, and rate analysis
- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Proficiency in AutoCAD/estimation tools and MS Excel

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
