Job Summary:

The selected candidate will manage Talent Acquisition (60%) and HR Operations (40%), with a strong emphasis on endtoend recruitment. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and onboarding

- Managing bulk and lateral hiring for functions such as Sales, CRM, Projects and other realestate roles

- Ensuring solid coordination with hiring managers and maintaining a healthy pipeline

- Managing employee onboarding, documentation, HRMIS records, and attendance

- Supporting payroll inputs, employee engagement, grievance handling and HR compliance

- Preparing HR letters and supporting performance management activities

Required Competencies:





- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Expertise in Talent Acquisition is mandatory

- Ability to work in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment

- Good understanding of HR processes, policies and documentation

- High ownership and accountability

- Must have experience of hiring positions like civil engineers, architects, store keeper, project head, etc.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 4–5 years of relevant HR experience

- Realestate industry experience preferred

- Immediate joiners or shortnotice candidates highly preferred

- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
