Roles and Responsibilities:

· Draft and review Franchise Agreements, LOIs (Letter of Intent), and legal contracts

· Manage all franchise-related legal documentation and paperwork

· Prepare vendor agreements, NDA agreements, partnership agreements, and service contracts

· Manage trademark-related matters, infringement issues, and violation notices

· Ensure legal compliance in franchise operations and business dealings

· Coordinate with management regarding legal risks and documentation requirements

· Handle agreement renewals, amendments, and legal record maintenance

· Provide legal support during franchise onboarding and expansion

· Assist in trademark, licensing, and business registration documentation

· Coordinate with external advocates when required





Qualifications and Skills:

· Solid knowledge of franchise laws and business agreements

· Excellent drafting and documentation skills

· Understanding of corporate and commercial law

· Attention to detail and confidentiality handling

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· LLB / LLM from a recognized university

· Experience in franchise or corporate legal documentation preferred

· Experience in franchise or multi-location business agreements will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
