Role Overview:

· The Operations Executive will support the Training & SME Operations function by assisting in trainer planning, coordination with internal teams, session allocation, and operational reporting. This role is intended to be hands-on and execution-focused, with training and guidance provided.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in weekly trainer planning based on batch schedules and trainer availability.

· Support allocation of trainers for:

Regular training sessions

Workshops and bootcamps

Special programs organized by internal teams

· Track trainer availability, bandwidth, and session assignments.

· Coordinate with internal teams (PAT, LMT, etc)

· Act as an operational point of contact for trainer scheduling and availability-related communication.

· Assist in generating and maintaining reports from the SME/Operations side

· Ensure timely sharing of reports with management as required.

· Maintain operational trackers and documentation.

· Support communication with trainers regarding:

Session schedules





Workshop assignments

Availability confirmations

· Follow up with trainers and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of planned sessions.

· Ensure operational processes and guidelines are followed.

· Assist in identifying scheduling conflicts or risks and escalate them in a timely manner.

· Support day-to-day operational tasks related to training delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication.
- Basic proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow timelines.
- Willingness to learn training operations and coordination processes.

· Exposure to operations, coordination, or admin roles.

· Interest in education, training, or edtech operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
