Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Jewellery Sales Assistant to join our retail team. The role involves assisting customers with jewellery selection, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting daily store operations while maintaining the brand’s standards of elegance and trust.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and understand their jewellery needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting jewellery for occasions such as weddings, engagements, and gifting
- Explain product features, materials, pricing, and care instructions clearly
- Maintain accurate billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Ensure jewellery is displayed attractively and securely
- Handle stock checking, tagging, and inventory records
- Support visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Adhere to store policies, security guidelines, and ethical sales practices

Required Qualifications & Skills





- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred (jewellery or luxury retail is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and jewellery craftsmanship
- Experience with POS systems and inventory software
- Multilingual abilities (depending on customer base)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
