Position: Tele Caller – Pre-Sales Executive

About the Role

seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Tele Caller – Pre-Sales Executive to engage with prospective patients, introduce our IVF services, understand patient requirements, and schedule appointments with fertility counsellors. No prior IVF experience is required as complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Make outbound calls to prospective patients and leads.

· Explain the hospital's IVF and fertility services.

· Handle initial patient queries professionally.

· Schedule appointments for the counselling team.

· Follow up with interested leads to maximize conversions.

· Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups.

· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

· Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Eligibility Criteria

· Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduates preferred.

· Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati are mandatory.





· Basic understanding of English is required for reading, writing, and simple communication. Professional fluency is not required.

· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).

· Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

· Working Days: Monday to Sunday

· Weekly Off: Wednesday

· Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Compensation

· ₹12,000 per month – Freshers.

· Up to ₹15,000 per month – Experienced candidates with relevant telecalling/pre-sales experience and excellent communication skills.
