We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will guide clients through the visa application process, provide accurate information on visa requirements, and ensure a smooth and effective customer experience. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple applications while maintaining high service standards.

Responsibilities

- Counsel clients on tourist, student, business, and work visa options.
- Assess client eligibility and recommend appropriate visa pathways.
- Guide clients through the visa application process and required documentation.
- Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms.
- Keep clients informed about the status of their applications.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and other relevant authorities when required.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and documentation requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records using CRM or office management systems.
- Handle client inquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet counselling and conversion targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in visa counselling, immigration, overseas education, or a related field preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and counselling skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience handling student, visitor, work, or business visa applications.
- Sales and customer relationship management experience.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
