Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and technically skilled VR Developer / 3D Simulation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy high-quality immersive VR experiences and interactive simulations.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5, Blueprint programming, and real-time 3D application development. You will collaborate closely with designers, 3D artists, AI engineers, and clients to create production-ready VR applications for industrial training, manufacturing, and enterprise solutions.

Key ResponsibilitiesVR Application Development

- Design, develop, and deploy immersive VR applications and interactive simulations using Unreal Engine 5.
- Develop gameplay logic, interactions, and application workflows using Blueprints and/or C++.
- Build realistic training simulations and enterprise VR experiences.
- Integrate 3D assets, animations, UI, and interactive elements into VR applications.
- Optimize VR applications for performance, stability, and user experience across supported platforms.

Technical Development

- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
- Develop reusable Blueprint systems and modular project architectures.
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with AI, AR/VR, and 3D teams to integrate intelligent and immersive features.

Collaboration & Client Support

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in client demonstrations, project discussions, and technical presentations when required.
- Support project deployment, testing, and implementation at client locations.
- Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine features, VR technologies,



and industry best practices.

RequirementsMandatory Skills

- 1–2 years of experience in VR Development or Unreal Engine application development.
- Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
- Hands-on experience with Blueprint Programming (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of C++ and/or Python for Unreal Engine development.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
- Experience developing interactive 3D applications or VR simulations.
- Knowledge of debugging, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Preferred Skills

Experience in any of the following will be an added advantage:

- VR hardware integration (Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Pico, etc.)
- OpenXR
- AR development
- UI/UX development for VR
- Multiplayer or networked VR applications
- Git & GitHub
- Perforce version control
- AI integration within Unreal Engine
- Industrial simulation or training applications
- Basic knowledge of 3D modeling workflows
- Experience collaborating with 3D artists and designers
