We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial records for our heavy machinery trading and rental business. The role involves handling invoicing, receipts, vendor payments, bank reconciliation, GST/compliance support, fixed asset records, and accurate reporting for management.

Key responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts for trading and rental operations.
- Prepare sales invoices, rental invoices, receipts, and payment entries.
- Track accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash, and ledger balances regularly.
- Maintain fixed asset records for machinery, vehicles, and equipment.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance work.
- Support preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and reports.
- Monitor outstanding customer payments and follow up for collections.
- Coordinate with operations and office teams for billing and expense recording.
- Assist auditors, tax consultants,



and management with required financial data.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of invoices, vouchers, and accounts records.

Required qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and general accounting principles.
- Experience in trading, rental, construction, or machinery-related business is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
