Hedge Finance Ltd. is an RBI-registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). We focus on MSME lending, Vehicle loans and Equipment finance. Our goal is to deliver responsible credit access to underserved borrowers with disciplined underwriting and solid governance.

Position: Branch Manager – Kottayam

Department: Retail Lending – MSME, Auto, Equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead branch operations and credit origination for MSME, Vehicle (4-wheeler), and Equipment loans.
- Manage branch P&L;, business targets, and team performance.
- Ensure high-quality portfolio sourcing from direct and channel partners (dealers, DSA, field executives).
- Conduct credit assessment, customer verification, and loan documentation aligned with Hedge’s underwriting policy.
- Supervise collections, renewals, and delinquency control; maintain NPAs within acceptable norms.
- Build and mentor a team of sales officers, credit executives, and collection agents.
- Drive market intelligence—competitor analysis, rate benchmarking, and local tie-ups.
- Ensure branch compliance, KYC, audit readiness, and cash discipline per RBI NBFC norms.
- Coordinate with HO for disbursement, MIS,



and operational support.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience in NBFC / Small Finance Bank branch operations.
- Proven experience in MSME, Vehicle-4 wheeler, Equipment.
- Exposure to subprime or small-ticket lending markets will be a strong advantage.
- Strong local market knowledge and existing dealer / DSA network preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and customer management skills.
- Proficiency in basic English communication essential.
