- Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring across Pan India locations.
- Drive employee engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
- Conduct smooth onboarding and HR induction for all new joiners.
- Ensure timely completion and maintenance of employee documentation and records.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievance handling.
- Support implementation and adherence of HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
- Maintain HR trackers, recruitment reports, and employee databases accurately.
- Assist in employee retention initiatives and workplace satisfaction programs.
- Support overall People & Culture initiatives to enhance employee experience across the organization.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
