We are looking for a Unity VR Developer to build immersive VR-based training simulations for warehouse operations. The role involves implementing SOP-driven workflows such as unloading, put-away, inspection, picking, packing, dispatch, and safety procedures using Meta Quest devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop VR training modules in Unity (C#)
- Implement VR interactions (grab, teleport, ray, smooth locomotion)
- Translate Work Instructions (WI) into step-by-step VR workflows
- Optimize performance for standalone VR (Meta Quest)
- Store trainee progress locally (SQLite / JSON)
- Fix bugs and support enhancements during AMC
Required Skills:
- Robust Unity 3D & C#
- Hands-on VR development (Meta Quest / OpenXR / XR Toolkit)
- Experience with interaction-based simulations (not just games)
- Performance optimization for VR devices
Preferred:
- Prior experience in industrial / safety / training simulations
- Knowledge of warehouse or manufacturing processes
