We are looking for motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Freight Dispatch / Carrier Sales Executives. The role involves communicating with trucking companies and brokers in the USA and Canada to help arrange transportation for freight loads.
Candidates will work on load boards, contact carriers, negotiate rates, and coordinate shipments between brokers and trucking companies.
Key Responsibilities :-
* Search and post loads on freight load boards.
* Call trucking companies (carriers) in the USA and Canada.
* Negotiate freight rates with carriers and brokers.
* Book trucks for available loads.
* Maintain records of calls, loads, and carrier details.
* Build and maintain relationships with carriers and brokers.
* Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth load dispatching.
Requirements :-
* Good English communication skills.
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, internet browsing).
* Ability to work night shift (USA/Canada timing).
* Positive negotiation and communication skills.
* Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
