We're looking for a dynamic Senior Art Director with a passion for bold ideas, innovative design, and the ability to seamlessly blend traditional artistry with modern AI tools. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes advertising, thrives under pressure, and loves pushing the creative envelope.

- Experience managing both B2C brand clients across diverse categories.
- 6-10 years of experience in design/advertising with a solid agency background.
- Expert in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; plus skills in Figma, InDesign, AE, or 3D tools.
- Proficient with AI tools (Higgsfield, Freepik Ai, Firefly, Runway etc.) and can integrate them into workflows.




- Strong illustration skills: quick sketching the ideas
- Ability to turn briefs into bold, visually striking, pitch-winning ideas.
- Strategic storyteller who thinks beyond design to solve brand problems.
- Can lead end-to-end creative: from sketches & boards to polished presentations.
- Confident presenter with strong communication and client-facing skills.
- Collaborative leader who mentors designers and manages multiple projects & timelines.
- Bonus: motion/3D skills + passion for AI-driven creativity and emerging tools.
