About the Role

IQ-Hub runs a growing portfolio of B2B conference event websites, scaling from approximately 145 events in 2026 toward 500+ in 2027. We're looking for a Full Stack Developer to support both frontend build-out and backend/infrastructure work across our event website pipeline and internal corporate site, working alongside our existing frontend and backend developers.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain event website frontends using React, ensuring responsive, on-brand, high-performing pages across a high-volume production pipeline
- Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, supporting site functionality, integrations, and internal tooling
- Design, query, and optimize PostgreSQL databases supporting website and content systems
- Deploy website projects end-to-end, from staging environments through to production servers
- Manage server migrations, including cloning full projects (codebase and database) at the server level
- Own and manage GitHub repositories, including branching, version control, access, and release workflows
- Diagnose and resolve technical bugs and performance issues across the stack
- Ensure responsive design and performance across devices and screen sizes
- Manage and maintain database infrastructure, including schema design, backups, migrations, and optimization
- Collaborate with design, content, and SEO stakeholders to translate briefs and content files into working websites
- Support technical SEO implementation in coordination with the SEO function
- Work within a structured go-live pipeline: staging, QA, sign-off, and production deployment
- Contribute to internal tooling and the corporate site (LDZ/LinQ) as needed

Mandatory Skills

- 2–3 years hands-on experience with React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL in production web development projects




- Live deployment experience — deploying website projects to staging and production servers, not just local/dev environments
- Server migration experience — hands-on experience managing full server migrations, including cloning projects at the server level (codebase and database)
- GitHub management — owning repositories, branching strategy, pull requests, and release/deployment workflows
- AI-assisted coding experience — practical, working experience using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of the development workflow
- Debugging and performance resolution — proven ability to identify and resolve technical bugs and performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend
- Responsive development — strong experience building and troubleshooting responsive layouts across browsers and devices
- Database infrastructure management — hands-on experience with DB architecture, schema design, backups, and migrations, not just querying

Nice to Have

- Experience with website QA/testing processes
- Exposure to Google Apps Script or similar automation tooling
- Basic understanding of technical SEO principles
- Experience in event, conference, or B2B media industries

Growth Path

1 Full Stack Developer

Months 1–12

Establish architecture standards, ship AI integrations, embed within the team structure. Own the technical stack end-to-end.

2 Lead Web AI Engineer

Year 2–3

Expand AI capabilities across company's full digital footprint. Shape tooling decisions and integration roadmap with Leo and Parker.

3 Head of Web & AI Products

Year 3–5

Own the product and technology vision for company's web and AI layer. Lead infrastructure planning and contribute to business strategy.

Additional Requirements

- Immediate or early joiners preferred
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Vadodara, Gujarat before starting
- This is a fully on-site role — remote or hybrid arrangements are not available for this position
- Candidates must be comfortable operating within a structured, fast-paced dual-shift organisation with clear reporting lines
