Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site activities related to RCC, masonry, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, brickwork, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and instructions from the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
- Monitor labour productivity and allocate manpower efficiently.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, skilled workers, and suppliers for smooth execution of work.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned activities as per the project schedule.
- Maintain proper quality standards and report any deviations immediately.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment required for daily work.
- Maintain daily labour attendance and work progress records.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure workmanship meets project requirements.
- Enforce site safety rules and ensure all workers use the required PPE.
- Report daily progress, material requirements,



and site issues to the Site Engineer.
- Maintain valuable housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
- Assist during client, consultant, and internal site inspections.

Qualifications

- Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferred), OR
- ITI/Relevant Technical Qualification with substantial experience in building construction.

Experience

- 5–10 years of experience as a Civil Site Supervisor in building construction projects.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, industrial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
