Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily operations of the metal department to ensure effective production and timely completion of orders.
- Allocate work to operators and technicians, monitor productivity, and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with vendors for the procurement of raw materials, fabricated parts, and consumables.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve supply-related issues.
- Plan and coordinate dispatch activities to ensure on-time shipment of finished goods.
- Work closely with logistics partners and transporters for vehicle scheduling, shipment tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, material movement, dispatch documentation, and stock levels.
- Coordinate with production, stores, purchase, quality, and sales departments for smooth workflow.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage through effective planning.
- Prepare daily production, dispatch, and inventory reports for management.

- Note: Candidates must have a manufacturing industry background.
