As we expand our global reach, we are looking for a proactive, highly motivated Sales Lead Generator to help us grow our wholesale B2B relationships and identify high-value B2C opportunities.

​Position Overview

We are seeking an ambitious, persistent, and tech-savvy Sales Lead Generator to drive outreach, build lead pipelines, and connect MIRA Studio Jewels with key clients.

​In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to independent jewelers, wholesalers, and retail buyers across Canada, North America, and globally. You will introduce our loose diamond wholesale inventory and custom jewelry services, pre-qualify prospective clients, and hand off warm, high-intent leads to the Founder for closing.

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Outbound B2B Prospecting: Research, identify, and contact prospective jewelry retailers, custom designers, and wholesalers across Canada, North America, and international markets.
- ​Digital Lead Generation (B2C & B2B): Actively monitor, engage, and generate leads across alternative platforms, including Reddit, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- ​Initial Pitch & Relationship Building: Introduce MIRA Studio’s loose diamond inventory and wholesale jewelry offerings to prospective clients via email, direct messages, and outbound calls.
- ​Pipeline Management: Prequalify prospects,



gather key details about their needs, and log initial contact history accurately.
- ​Seamless Handoff: Pass qualified, warm leads directly to the Founder for final consultation and deal closing.
- ​Target Tracking: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) for outreach volume and qualified lead transfers.

​Qualifications & Requirements

- ​Flawless Communication: Must have EXCELLENT written and spoken English skills with strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities.
- ​Platform Familiarity: Tech-savvy with hands-on experience or familiarity using platforms like Reddit, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and standard social media channels for outreach.
- ​Aptitude & Eagerness to Learn: Extensive jewelry sales experience is NOT required—we care most about your drive, curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn the fine jewelry and diamond industry.
- ​Self-Motivated & Disciplined: Able to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining steady outreach activity.
- ​Qualified Persistence: Comfortable with cold outreach, overcoming initial objections, and following up effectively.
