We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction to lead and manage end-to-end execution of residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have robust technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete project execution from planning to handover.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract documents.
- Control project costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Prepare project progress reports and present updates to management.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing, and project close-out activities.
- Lead and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- Master's degree in Construction Management is an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Civil Construction projects.
- At least 5 years in Project Management role.
- Experience in Residential, Commercial,



Industrial, or Infrastructure projects.
