What You'll Do

- Design social media creatives, ad assets, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines
- Create presentation decks, proposals, and sales materials for doctor and brand partnerships
- Design print and in-space signage/branding across our clinic locations
- Create digital profiles for doctors following our standard format
- Maintain and evolve visual brand consistency across all touchpoints
- Collaborate with the marketing and leadership team to translate campaign briefs into visuals
- Manage multiple design projects with quick turnaround, without compromising quality

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency, in-house, or healthcare/premium brand experience is

a plus)

- A portfolio that demonstrates strong minimal, premium design sensibility
- Deep understanding of brand guidelines — typography, color systems, spacing, consistency
- Proficiency in Figma/Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)




- Hands-on with AI design tools to speed up ideation and production
- Able to shoot and edit short-form videos/reels for social and marketing use
- Comfortable working across formats: social, print, presentations, signage
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
