This position will report to QA Manager and provide technical leadership and hands-on testing of our product. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years experience in IT Company and education in engineering field (BE, B Tech, MCA). She/he will have a track record of success in authoring and testing of test cases and test plans. We are looking for an individual responsible for testing Test Engine and web application.

Responsibilities

- Author test cases and test plans.
- Execute test cases.
- Defect submission/verification.
- Perform functional, regression and performance tests.
- Make recommendations on methodologies and approaches to continuously improve overall product quality.

Skills

- Understanding of web applications (Java area).
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter who is enthusiastic about working for a start-up company.
- Capable of working with minimum supervision and effectively manage own deliverables and take on a lead role.

Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent work experience in Information Technology or related disciplines
