About the Role

Fezco Group is looking for a creative and results-oriented Performance Marketer to join our Branding Team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign optimization, and lead generation. In addition to managing paid campaigns, the candidate should be capable of writing compelling marketing copy for video campaigns, social media creatives, and promotional posters.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROI, ROAS, and CPL.
- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Write engaging ad copies, video concepts, captions, and promotional content for posters and digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the branding, design,



and video teams to create high-performing marketing campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- MBA or BBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
- Strong content writing skills for marketing campaigns, video concepts, ad copies, and social media creatives.
- Ability to create compelling campaign ideas and marketing messages.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
