Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conducting, scheduling, and coordinating interviews via phone or in-person
- Understanding the recruitment timeliness, revenue implications, quality focus,



market availability
- Sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates from various portals
- Conducting preliminary telephonic interviews to understand candidates’ competencies
- Serving as a contact person for questions from candidates.

Other requirements:

- Should have experience hiring across levels
- Should have the ability to take ownership and manage hiring for multiple positions
- Should have minimum bachelor’s degree required
- Should have effective communication skills
- Should have solid organizational and interpersonal skills
- Should have the experience working with Microsoft Office suite
- Should have high energy and passion
- Should have demonstrated ability to meet quotas
- Should have hands-on experience in sourcing using different portals, networking, and referral
