- Greet customers and inspect accident/damage vehicles.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain the repair process to customers.
- Open and maintain accurate job cards.
- Coordinate with the Body Shop, Paint Shop, Insurance Surveyors, and Spare Parts team.
- Follow up on insurance approvals and repair progress.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status and expected delivery time.
- Ensure quality inspection before vehicle delivery.
- Deliver vehicles to customers with proper explanation of repairs carried out.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction (CSI/CES).
- Achieve body shop sales, labor, and insurance-related targets.
- Maintain complete service records and required documentation.
- Follow company SOPs, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
