Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and goal-driven US IT Recruiters with 6 months – 1+ Years of experience in the US IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for IT professionals for clients in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

· Source, screen, and recruit IT professionals through various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.).

· Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.





· Negotiate pay rates and close candidates on job offers.

· Build and maintain a solid pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

· Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met

· Maintain timely and accurate candidate records in the ATS.

· Meet or exceed weekly/monthly hiring targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· 6 months – 1+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter in the US staffing industry.

· Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and job boards.

· Strong experience in W2 requirements.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Willing to work in the Night Shift (US Time Zone).

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
