The Telesales Manager leads and manages a team of telesales/inside sales representatives to achieve revenue targets through outbound and inbound phone-based selling. The role carries primary responsibility for delivering sales value, ensuring accurate processing of sales and customer data, and achieving individual and team targets through structured, data-driven performance management.

. Sales Value Responsibility

- Own the team's overall sales value/revenue number against monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Break down overall targets into individual rep-level targets based on capacity and performance history
- Track sales value in real time — average deal size, upsell/cross-sell value, and revenue per rep — not just call volume




- Identify and prioritize high-value opportunities across the team's pipeline
- Adjust pricing, offers, or sales approach when sales value trends below target

Target Achievement

- Set clear, measurable KPIs tied to sales value, not just activity metrics
- Monitor progress against targets daily/weekly and course-correct early if behind
- Run performance reviews using data insights rather than instinct alone
- Escalate and report shortfalls with data-backed reasons and clear recovery plans
- Recognize and reward reps who consistently meet or exceed value targets

. Team Leadership & Management

- Recruit, train, and onboard telesales representatives
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews

Pay: ₹8,899.61 - ₹35,000.00 per month
