Overview
We are seeking talented and dedicated Junior, Middle, and Senior Architects to join our dynamic architectural practice in Arumbakkam, Chennai. The ideal candidates should be capable of handling projects from concept to completion, with strong technical, design, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project design from conceptualization to final completion.
- Define project requirements, timelines, and schedules during project briefing.
- Interpret and translate client needs into preliminary and detailed design plans.
- Manage and prepare all approval documents related to building permissions and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate and liaise with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines for seamless project integration.
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and produce Good for Construction (GFC) drawings.
- Develop technical and architectural specifications and review vendor submissions.
- Provide technical support to the site team during the construction phase, ensuring design intent is maintained.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Strong understanding of local building codes, bye-laws, and approval processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
- Experience will determine placement at Junior, Middle, or Senior level.
