Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, Inspect and preparing GRN (Goods Receipt Note)

· Location and binning of parts

· Issue parts to the floor/plant team

· Maintain material requisition slip

· Monitor stock levels and reorder parts

· Maintain minimum stock level of fast moving items

· Identify rapid/Medium/Slow moving items and obsolete inventory

· Prepare monthly MIS of purchase, sale and inventory level

· Co-ordinate with suppliers for procurement and timely delivery

· Maintain housekeeping and safety standards

Job Requirements:

· Degree or Diploma in supply chain, logistics and inventory management

· Proficiency in MS Excel/PPT and MIS preparing

· Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts

· Knowledge on FIFO (First In First Out), ageing, reorder levels

· Ability to do ABC analysis

· Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in automotive spare parts

· Conduct monthly/Quarterly/Annual audits and reconciliation
