The Group provides one-stop solution for fund raising solutions and financial advisory services through its Merchant Banking & Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Project Management, and Insurance Brokerage arms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identification and reach out to targets for Private Equity.
- Financial and Strategic analysis of Targets.
- Preparation of Financial Model, Pitch Book, Presentation, and other transaction documents.
- Participating in the due diligence process and other general support to the senior investment team throughout the transaction process.
- Managing relationship with Private Equity Funds, VC Funds.
- Industry and sector research and identification of potential and active areas.
- End to end execution of transaction
Experience: 4 to 6 years
Educational Qualification: MBA/ CA/ Engineer
Skills:
- Ability to understand complex issues and explain arguments concisely.
- High level of numeracy, working knowledge of accounting.
- Intimate knowledge of valuation techniques and their appropriate application
