Key Responsibilities

- Receive customer vehicles and understand service/repair requirements.
- Prepare accurate job cards and explain service estimates to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely diagnosis and repair.
- Provide regular service updates and maintain transparent communication with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving service-related queries.
- Recommend preventive maintenance and value-added services.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery after service completion.
- Maintain service records and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure prompt resolution.

Required Skills

- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an EV or automobile dealership.
- Good knowledge of electric vehicles, service processes, and customer handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prepare job cards, estimates, and service documentation.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS/CRM preferred).
- Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,262.11 - ₹25,144.34 per month
