We are looking for a strategic People leader to partner with the Founders in building a high-performance organization, developing future leaders, and driving business growth through people, culture, and execution.

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Founder & CEO

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with business goals.
- Build and scale talent acquisition, employer branding, and leadership hiring.
- Drive organization design, performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on ownership, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Strengthen HR operations, policies, compliance, and HRMS for scalable growth.
- Enhance employee engagement, retention, learning, and career development.
- Deliver actionable HR analytics and workforce insights for leadership decision-making.





Candidate Profile

- 8–12 years of progressive HR experience with 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in Startups, Marketplace, E-commerce, FinTech, NBFC, Consumer Electronics, or high-growth organizations.
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering, Performance Management, Organization Development, and HR Operations.
- Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management, business acumen, and execution capabilities.

Success Measures

First 90 Days

- Assess the current HR landscape and implement key HR policies.
- Build recruitment dashboards and finalize the HRMS roadmap.
- Establish a performance management framework.

Within 12 Months

- Achieve critical hiring targets.
- Strengthen employee engagement and retention.
- Build a scalable HR operating model with leadership development and succession planning.
- Position WDV as an employer of choice through solid people practices and culture
