* Retention of employees & reduce the attrition below 5 %

* Attending Employee Grievances through grievance desk

* Monitoring & tracking absenteeism & long leave

* Training awareness about company policy and procedure

* Hostellers long leave plan to submit before 15 days for next month

* Conduct Committee Meetings and record maintenance

* Promoting employees for referral incentives and retention

* Counselling to be given for continuous absentees

* Hostel & Canteen management ( Housekeeping, Grievances, requirements)

* Conducting Indoor and Outdoor games for hostellers to build relationship

* Conduct Medical camps - Eye / Blood / Health / Dental

* Celebrating Festivals / Hostel Girls local outing program

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Hindi (Required)
