Job Title: Creative Performance Lead (Video & AI Production)

ResearchAyu is looking for a Creative Performance Lead who can create high-performing video content that drives leads, appointments, and business growth. The ideal candidate should have expertise in videography, video editing, AI-powered content creation, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality marketing videos.
- Develop video creatives for Meta, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Create AI-generated video assets using tools like Runway, Kling AI, Luma, Google Flow (Gemini/Veo), HeyGen, and ElevenLabs.
- Design motion graphics, captions, CTAs, and performance-focused edits.
- Conduct A/B testing and optimize creatives based on campaign performance.
- Deliver quick turnaround edits based on marketing requirements.

Required Skills

- 5–6+ years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and Photoshop.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads creative best practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications





- Experience creating performance marketing videos.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating measurable business results.
- Candidates owning personal camera equipment will be preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
