Job Title: Telecaller – Sales

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telecaller to generate sales leads and convert them into customers. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our products and services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
- Explain company products and services clearly.
- Generate leads and fix appointments for field sales team.
- Follow up with existing and new customers.
- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM data.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10th / 12th / Any Degree.




- Valuable communication skills (Tamil & Basic English preferred).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, CRM).
- Previous telecalling or sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
