Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Operations Executive to support and manage day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, passionate about social media, and capable of ensuring smooth execution of content and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.
- Track and analyze post performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with the creative, design, and content teams for timely asset delivery.
- Monitor social media channels and identify trends, opportunities, and issues.
- Assist with community management and audience engagement activities.




- Support the execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting schedules.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Operations, Social Media Management, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong coordination skills.
- Experience in the EdTech industry is an added advantage.

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh
Mode: Work From Office
Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day | 6 Days a Week
