- Understanding of hydraulic modeling, run-off models and hydraulics, hydrological
studies,conceptual, analytical and numerical models and data analysis
- Knowledge of hydraulic modeling software, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, Storm analysis, 1D and 2D hydraulic modeling, flood estimation and flood risk assessment
- Knowledge of data manipulation abilities (FME/POWERBI/MS Excel/MS Access database type packages)
- Knowledge of Optimisation Tools & Knowledge of Scripting: R, Python, SQL, advanced Excel
- Knowledge of GIS packages: QGIS, MapInfo, ArcGIS preferred and Drawing Support
- Technical report writing skills, Able to interface with clients and Capable to analyze, assess, evaluate the issues, complexity pertaining to projects / work packages and support the team lead in mitigating them in advance
- Capable of being proactive and working under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
