Hiring HR executive - Factory. Relevant experience of 4 to 5 years required. Masters Degree in HR Preferred.

Responsibilities

Manpower Handling: Oversee workforce planning and recruitment, with a focus on blue-collar hiring.

Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems. Make Provisions of Auto calculations of Payroll. Review and update our employment contracts and agreements. Prepare budgets by department. Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.

Responsible for Over All Control of Compliance under The Factories Act, Contract Labour Act; The Minimum Wages Act; EPFO; ESIC; LWF; PT; Payment of Bonus & Payment of Gratuity Acts. To Liaise with Local Governmental Agencies; Gram-panchayat; Municipality Etc.

Pre-Employment & Routine Medical Check-up; Represent Company Side for CONTRACT LABOR; EPFO; ESIC Inspection.

Administration: Manage plant-level administrative functions including driver management, vehicle management, and operations. Guide All Employees on HR matters.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
