We are a client-focused mental health center based in Hyderabad that provides professional space, client referrals, and ongoing training for mental health practitioners. We support independent psychologists who want flexible freelance work with dependable client flow and administrative support.

Role Summary
We’re seeking a psychologist to join our team as a commission-based freelancer. You will provide assessment, therapy, and brief interventions to clients referred by our center. We provide the workspace, appointment scheduling, client intake, and professional development; you bring clinical skills, professionalism, and a commitment to client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct psychological assessments, diagnostic interviews, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions (individual, couples, or group as appropriate).
- Maintain professional, client-centered treatment plans and progress notes.
- Attend to clients at our Hyderabad facility during scheduled hours; arrive on time and maintain a professional presence.
- Uphold confidentiality and comply with relevant laws, ethics, and professional standards.
- Coordinate with center staff for scheduling, referrals, and client hand offs.
- Participate in periodic training, case review, and quality-improvement meetings provided by the center.
- Manage your caseload and billing/reporting requirements per the commission agreement.

Qualifications

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited institution or more.




- Minimum years experience (specify preferred years, e.g., 1–3+ years) working with diverse client populations.
- Training/experience in evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc.) and psychological assessment.
- Robust communication, record keeping, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, accept supervision, and adapt to center protocols.

Commission & Working Terms

- Commission-based pay: you receive a fixed percentage of fees collected for sessions you conduct
- No monthly clinic rent or front-desk fees; we provide therapy rooms, client referrals, appointment scheduling, and administrative support.
- Payment schedule: monthly (specify cut-off date and payment timeline).
- Minimum availability
- Client assignment: clients are provided by the center; therapists may accept or decline referrals per agreed guidelines.
- Continuing education and training opportunities provided at no cost or subsidized (specify).

Required Documents & On boarding

- Copy of degree(s), license/registration, and identity proof
- Completed on-boarding forms, background verification, and signed freelancer agreement outlining commission, confidentiality, cancellation policy, and professional responsibilities.

Cancellation & No-show Policy

- Therapists must follow the center’s cancellation/no-show policy for billing and rescheduling (include brief policy or note that details will be provided in the agreement).

Pay: ₹10,897.33 - ₹33,346.88 per month
