The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the Field Partner Team department, with a proven track record of managing relationships with partners and driving business growth. The Field Partner Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong partnerships with field partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with field partners in Delhi, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and achieve targets set for the region
- Provide training and support to field partners on our products and services, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to succeed
- Monitor partner performance and provide regular feedback and guidance to help them improve and grow their business
- Identify new partnership opportunities and work with the sales team to onboard new partners in the region
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-4 years of experience in the Field Partner Team department
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
