We are looking for a dynamic Tender & Business Development Executive who can manage tender activities as well as support business growth by identifying new opportunities and coordinating with clients.

Job ResponsibilitiesTender Management

- Search and identify relevant Government, PSU, DISCOM, GeM, and private sector tenders
- Handle complete online tender submission process
- Study tender documents including eligibility criteria, technical specifications, BOQ, and commercial terms
- Prepare technical and financial bid documents
- Manage GeM portal activities, registrations, bidding, and documentation
- Coordinate for EMD, Bank Guarantees, Performance Security, agreements, and compliance documents
- Track corrigendum, tender results, and follow-ups
- Maintain tender database and reports

Business Development & Sales Coordination

- Identify new business opportunities in Solar EPC and Renewable Energy sector
- Generate leads for:
- Industrial & Commercial Rooftop Solar Projects
- Government & Institutional Solar Projects
- EPC Partnerships
- Dealers & Channel Partners
- Contact industries, consultants, contractors, and potential customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals,



and company presentations
- Follow up with customers and maintain business relationships
- Coordinate site surveys and project requirements with technical teams

Documentation & Coordination

- Maintain company profiles, project credentials, certificates, and approvals
- Prepare MIS reports and customer database
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Accounts, and Project departments

Required Skills

- Knowledge of Government tendering process and GeM Portal preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email communication)
- Ability to search opportunities and generate business leads
- Self-motivated with target-oriented approach

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / MBA / B.Tech / Diploma preferred
- 1–5 years experience in Tender, Sales Coordination, or Business Development preferred
- Experience in Solar, Electrical, EPC, or Manufacturing industry will be an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills and learning attitude may apply
