We are looking for a detail-oriented Ayurvedic Executive to support Ayurvedic operations in our herbal manufacturing unit. The role involves coordination with internal teams, maintaining documentation, and assisting in formulation-related processes under the guidance of the Ayurvedic doctor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and Quality teams for smooth operations
- Assist the Ayurvedic doctor in day-to-day activities and follow-ups
- Maintain documentation of formulations, approvals, and process records
- Prepare and update SOPs, reports, and technical documents
- Track batch processes and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Record and communicate doctor instructions to relevant departments
- Ensure compliance with AYUSH, GMP, and internal quality standards
- Support in raw material documentation and approval processes
- Maintain organized records for audits and inspections
- Follow up on pending tasks and update status regularly
- Assist in product development and improvement activities (support role)
Requirements:
- BAMS / Ayurvedic qualification
- Basic understanding of herbal manufacturing processes
- Robust documentation and coordination skills
- Good communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Word
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹11,500.00 per month
