SEO Specialist (3 – 5 Years of Experience)

About the role:

We are looking for a young enterprising professional who is analytical and has the curiosity to
find new and compelling ways to optimise for all search engines including Google, Bing and
YouTube. This role will be an integral part of the company and will report to the leadership team.

Key responsibilities:

- Plan and execute strategies to improve SERP performance for the company and clients
- Research keywords and phrases to use and implement in the website and digital promotions
- Set measurable goals that demonstrate return on investment in SEO efforts
- Grow traffic & conversions through organic channels
- Create high quality user-focused content for blog posts and page descriptions
- Review the client’s content on a regular basis to identify opportunities, points of improvement,



and creative solutions for the business’s SEO programs.
- Develop and implement link building strategies
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with the team

Key requirements:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in increasing organic traffic multi-fold through content
marketing, content growth and SEO with demonstrable results
- Excellent written communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics, data mining, keyword research and competitive analysis
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Working knowledge in HTML, Java-script, or AJAX CSS will be a bonus
- Robust presentation skills is a bonus
