- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve housing loan targets and objectives within the assigned area.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to maximize their performance and ensure consistent achievement of individual and team targets.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships with builders, real estate agents, and other intermediaries to generate housing loan leads.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt sales strategies accordingly and maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee the entire housing loan origination process, from lead generation and application submission to credit appraisal, sanction, and disbursement.
- Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory compliance standards (e.g., RBI, NHB norms).
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for management, highlighting key performance indicators and market insights.
- Act as a point of contact for complex customer queries and grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and other internal departments to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
