Role Description

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling and strategically aligned creative assets for Seetusk Creative Agency’s clients and internal projects. The role focuses on translating brand strategy, marketing objectives, and campaign requirements into strong visual communication across digital and print platforms.

Key daily responsibilities include designing social media creatives, branding assets, pitch decks, marketing collaterals, and campaign visuals while maintaining consistency in brand identity and messaging. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Founder, Business Development team, and content strategists to ensure all creative output aligns with business goals and client expectations. The role requires attention to detail, adaptability across industries, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs within defined timelines.

Qualifications

Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)



or equivalent platforms

Preferable if the candidate also knows how to use Canva

Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy

Ability to translate brand strategy and briefs into compelling visual concepts

Experience designing for digital platforms, including social media and marketing campaigns

Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate quickly

Experience working in an agency or fast-paced creative workplace is a strong plus

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

Portfolio demonstrating range, creativity, and execution quality is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
