- Assist the Team Leader in managing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, sorting, and inventory activities.
- Supervise Process Executives (PEs) during shift operations and ensure daily productivity targets are achieved.
- Monitor shipment receiving, sorting, scanning, packing, dispatch, and inventory accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and quality standards.
- Allocate manpower effectively based on operational requirements.
- Track daily KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, TAT, and shipment quality.
- Support the Team Leader in preparing daily operational reports and maintaining records.
- Conduct shift briefings and provide on-the-job training to new employees.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to the Team Leader.
- Ensure discipline, attendance, housekeeping, and compliance within the warehouse.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹275,000.00 per year
