Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of residential, commercial, and interior projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong design, technical, and project management skills, with the ability to handle projects from concept to completion while leading a team of architects and designers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to execution.
- Prepare conceptual designs, presentation drawings, and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 3D models and high-quality architectural visualizations.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and ensure construction aligns with design intent.
- Review construction drawings, material selections, and technical details.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 3+ years of professional experience.
- Must have robust proficiency in:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp and or 3ds Max
- V-Ray or any other rendering software (Enscape,



Lumion, D5 Render, Corona Renderer, etc.)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of architectural detailing, working drawings, and construction documentation.
- Strong design visualization and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and site execution.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in luxury residential villas, commercial buildings, and interior projects.
- Knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
