Structural, and MEPF design services for Industrial and Commercial projects across various

sectors.

We specialize in integrated engineering solutions with a robust focus on technical quality,

coordination, functionality, and execution-oriented design.

Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare HVAC system design, including heat load calculations, equipment selection,

ducting layout, and sizing.

 Develop detailed HVAC design drawings, schematics, BOQ, and technical

specifications.

 Design VRF/VRV systems, Air and water chiller, ventilation systems, exhaust systems,

 ductable AC systems, Heat pumps and associated piping systems.

 Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.

 Perform system feasibility studies and energy efficiency analysis.





 Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and

contractors to ensure smooth execution.

 Evaluate and approve HVAC equipment as per design and performance

requirements.

 Maintain all design documents, calculation sheets, and technical reports.

 Provide technical support during installation and commissioning stages.

 Review vendor drawings, submittals, and shop drawings.

 Attend client meetings and provide design clarification.

 Work closely with the project team to monitor design-related progress.

 Ensure design changes are documented and incorporated without affecting project

timelines.

Skills:

 Strong knowledge of HVAC design principles

 Proficiency in AutoCAD, HAP, McQuay & MS Office

 Good analytical, communication & teamwork skills

Pay: ₹30,312.24 - ₹46,045.27 per month
