We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Regional Solutions team (IMEAA) in India.
This role combines people leadership with strong global collaboration, representing the regional organization in an international environment.
The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background, understands the value of cross-regional cooperation, and is eager to gro within a globally operating company.
Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of engineers within the Regional Solutions organization
Represent the IMEAA region in global discussions, projects, and solution alignment initiatives
Act as a bridge between regional requirements and global strategies
Collaborate closely with international stakeholders across regions (Europe, Asia, Americas)
Drive standardization and contribute to globally aligned solutions
Support project execution in automation and energy-related applications
Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning
Strengthen knowledge sharing and global networking within the organization
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Automation Engineering,
or a related field
8 -10 years of experience in industrial automation, power generation, or energy systems
Initial experience in team leadership or project management is highly desirable
Prior experience working in multinational / global organizations
Strong understanding of global collaboration and working in cross-cultural teams
Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, international environment
Solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
Preferred Skills
Experience with control systems, PLC programming (e.g. CODESYS), or power management systems
Exposure to global engineering standards and practices
Ability to influence and align stakeholders across regions
