Senior E-commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sr. E-commerce Executive to take ownership of end-to-end e-commerce operations, drive sales growth across online channels, and mentor junior team members.

This role requires solid analytical skills, marketplace expertise, and the ability to independently manage campaigns, vendor relationships, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

 Own end-to-end management of e-commerce channels (own website + marketplaces), ensuring smooth operations and revenue growth

 Develop and execute strategies to improve sales, conversion rate, and average order value (AOV)

 Manage marketplace relationships (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) including account health, ratings, and escalations

 Plan and oversee Advertisement strategy, promotions, and seasonal sale campaigns

 Analyse sales data, traffic, and campaign performance to generate actionable insights and reports for management

 Lead inventory planning and forecasting in coordination with supply chain/warehouse teams to minimize stock-outs and overstock





 Supervise and mentor E-commerce Executives, review their work, and ensure SOP adherence

 Coordinate with performance marketing/SEO teams to improve organic and paid visibility of listings

 Manage P&L; for assigned channels/categories, tracking ROI on promotions and ad spends

 Liaise with product, catalogue, and content teams to maintain high-quality listings and brand consistency

 Stay updated on marketplace policy changes, algorithm updates, and industry trends

 Handle vendor negotiations and onboarding for new marketplace tie-ups where applicable

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree

 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce.

 Strong hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels.

 Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is a plus

 Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing campaigns independently

 Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

 Leadership experience or ability to guide a small team

 Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 per month
