Job Summary

The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of facilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with safety standards, effective manpower management, and client satisfaction. The role requires robust leadership, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall facility operations, housekeeping, security, and maintenance services.
- Supervise and coordinate facility staff, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of building infrastructure and utilities.
- Monitor compliance with safety, statutory, and company policies.
- Handle client requirements and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Prepare reports, budgets, and operational documentation.
- Monitor service quality and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Resolve operational issues and emergencies efficiently.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain service standards.

Minimum Educational Qualification





- Degree in MBA / B.E. / B.Tech.

Minimum Work Experience

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience as a Facility Manager or in a Technical Field in a reputed organization/industry.

Other Requirements

- Must possess a mobile phone.
- Strong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple sites/assignments.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
